This PR updates multiple npm dependencies via npm-check-updates and yarn upgrade. All changes are minor/patch version bumps that maintain compatibility. The dependency updates include service spec types, tar, cloud assembly schema, cloudformation validation, build tools, and several development dependencies. No blocking issues identified - the updates follow semantic versioning and are appropriate for routine maintenance.
