Notes
This is the first release of the buildpack including ARM64 support, Ubuntu Noble support, and support for Ruby 4. This release also drops the long-deprecated bionic stack support. As this is a buildpack of many firsts, if you encounter issues, please reach out on our discussion forum or Slack.
