Bump all three CodeQL workflow steps together so init, autobuild, and analyze stay on the same version. Separate Dependabot PRs left a mixed 4.37.4/4.37.6 configuration and caused CI configuration errors. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
