feat: Add SupraWall Secured Marketing Starter (Zero Hardcoded Secrets)

This PR adds a new official company template that leverages the SupraWall Vault to secure all external API keys and credentials.

Key Features:

• Zero Raw Secrets: All agents (CEO, Marketing, Engineering, Finance) are pre-configured to fetch credentials at runtime via the SupraWall Gateway.
• • Least-Privilege by Design: Role-based policies are mapped out-of-the-box (e.g., Marketing only sees LinkedIn/Twitter, Finance only sees Stripe).
• • Frictionless Start: Users just need to run paperclipai plugin install suprawall-vault to get their environment set up.
    This template helps Paperclip developers move from prototype to production-grade security with a single command.
