Adds optional
spec.availability.priorityClassName, wired into the product StatefulSet pod (next to nodeSelector/tolerations/affinity). Unset keeps the cluster default.Motivation: a prod outage where the single product pod sat Pending because the fixed worker pool was full and there was nothing lower-priority to preempt. A high-priority PriorityClass lets the scheduler preempt low-value pods instead of leaving the product down.
