Thanks for this repo!
Full disclosure - I'm one of the founders of Tracebit, which is where the security maturity model is from. We've had good feedback from the community on this (otherwise I wouldn't be sharing it).
I also added 2 classic papers on honeypot/deception research that I think have value.
