Update deploy doc and product SDK Summit support

Summary

• update CDM deploy docs for the W3S/Summit registry rollout flow
• bump product-sdk packages to the latest released versions with Summit descriptors
• wire W3S to Summit Asset Hub/Bulletin descriptors in env/frontend config
• update CLI help/error text so W3S appears as a supported preset

Notes

• W3S registry address is still intentionally blank until the registry deployer fills it in.
• Frontend deployment to W3S is documented as pending W3S/Summit environment support in bulletin-deploy.
