@antkve please, move all the storage relevant code/config/params to the separate file: bulletin.rs or just storage.rs, basically what you added here: b87f160#diff-35326eca5649c58c9518ea80de4965d7ce3edae3e9ed3b7ec88f52284bb0e6c0R254
