Compilation Caches

This is an updated version of the compilation caches based on commit hash 7bc445491ec9f3c32016b43c4bb87e239b143329 of the resolc compiler tests.

Compilation Caches

This release doesn't contain any binaries for retester and only contains the compilation caches used by retester making them available to download. The compilation caches are useful in speeding up test runs and therefore we recommend users download them into their work directory before running the tests or benchmarks.
