Especially not one referring to XHTML namespace.

Used method is copied from other templates inheriting that valitse.html template. This resolves the problem of orphan form starting tag.

Tässä korjataan djLint:in esiintuomia ongelmia Kipan templaateista ja otetaan djLint osaksi kehitystä ja CI:tä.
Tästä puuttuu nyt kyseisen lintterin asennusohjeet. Erillisen kehityskäyttöön tarkoitetun requirements.txt-tiedoston luominen jätetään erilliseen DX-PR:ään.
