feature: implement basic e2e framework

Basic E2E framework implementations, more checks TODO.

E2E can be invoked with:

task dev:e2e
task dev:e2e -- -args --stage=cleanup -no-dump -no-cleanup
task dev:e2e -- -args --stage=setup
task dev:e2e -- -args --stage=run -no-cleanup

Would be nie to have this as github workflow, right before build & push to dockerhub. Or you plan it to have in separate pr?
