Telewavesim: Python software for teleseismic body wave modeling

This release incorporates major changes to the software:

1. The configuration module of Telewavesim was removed
2. Models can be defined on the fly
3. Documentation is significantly expanded
4. Installation bugs (mostly related with dynamic linking of external libraries) are fixed
