When the scicat-widget is launched, select by default a proposal-linked dataset.
We find all proposals for the logbook's ownerGroup (ideally only one), and get all datasets linked to these proposals, and auto select one of these.
A message is shown on every proposal linked dataset with a link to the corresponding proposal detail page in SciCat.
