Add Bookmarks/Chapters functionality to the VideoOSD. This adds the separate included bookmarks icon to the Video OSD and the subsequent VideoOSDBookmarks.xml file.
Note: As the existing “Options” icon brings up playback options such as Video Codec, Audio Codecs, Subtitles etc. I felt it best to add (existing) separate bookmarks icon to the OSD controls as it is used for playback navigation much as the main controls are used.
