Added the Create First Mission tutorial to docs.
Description:
Added the Create First Mission tutorial to docs. Built off of Brians's Create First Mode tutorial and continuing from there.
Testing Done:
Followed instructions step-by-step locally to make sure they worked. Also had Claude do the same for a sanity check after.
Todo
Need to add references to concepts pages Brian was working on once they are merged with main.
