In addition to parsing out allergens exactly like how we used to (csv) so the frontend doesn't get messed up, we now parse out allergens into boolean fields.
I got these boolean fields from the cor_icons section all the venues have. I called the API during the meeting 4/19/26. There are 23 boolean fields.
