A cloud-native Customer Success leader who builds production-grade systems in the gaps — CI discipline, determinism contracts, cattle > pets.
Role Gauge — a deterministic hiring intelligence engine.
Three architectural bets that diverge from the market:
1. Determinism as infrastructure. The same inputs always produce the same outputs. PYTHONHASHSEED=0, TZ=UTC, snapshot-mode scraping, and a replay drift canary that validates dual-run consistency in CI. Every output is auditable. Every signal traces to a source artifact.
2. Rule-based classification, not ML. A 23-archetype taxonomy that maps every job title to the same classification every time — explicitly, through versioned rules, not silently through model drift. ML only augments at last-mile.
3. Governed fleet, not a crawl. 1,861 providers across 29 sectors aren't scraped — they're governed. The Company Intelligence Service (CIS) runs a 7-stage resolver chain (Wikidata → DBpedia → EDGAR → GitHub → Common Crawl) to keep every careers URL and ATS slug current, maintaining a migration history nobody else publishes. The Onboarding Healing Engine (OHE) auto-graduates stuck providers.
