MathJax extension available for Ghost

I just created a MathJax extension for Ghost! I know this was a requested feature, and I figured it might prove useful. At the moment it will require the use of the Git repository (i.e. a manual installation) as certain scripts within Ghost's core have to be slightly modified. Feel free to let me know what you think and comment with any suggestions/improvements! It is a single file, and it actually has to live directly under the showdown-ghost/src/extensions directory, so I didn't think a Git repo and Bower package made sense. Instead, it is a Gist. It should work with other versions of Showdown as well, with a few slight modifications. Instructions are included in the README.md.
