This PR updates the “What’s new” landing page to feature a new Percona Server for MongoDB (PSMDB) announcement and adds the corresponding release post content.
Changes:
- Added a new PSMDB 8.0.26-11 release announcement post under
docs/new/posts/MongoDB/. - Added a new “Featured announcements” banner for Percona Server for MongoDB on
docs/new/index.md. - Removed a previously featured MySQL banner from the index.

I believe this is important info to add it to the release announcement page too. Now it's vague and if I click this page without reading the tile, I don't get the importance of it.
