https://perconadev.atlassian.net/browse/PXB-3501 Because of PS-9799, pxb tests fail to execute KMIP tests. In this bug fix, we use disable the usage of object_group, so that tests can be executed on Jenkins. After PS-9799 is fixed, pxb tests should be modified to enable object_grup in KMIP config. (cherry picked from commit a982afd)
