Add Cursor cloud-agent setup, migration agents, and supporting skills for the CodeceptJS-to-Playwright migration workflow. Includes: - Cursor Docker environment with Docker-in-Docker support - migration writer, reviewer, and runner agent definitions - migration run scripts for provisioning PMM and running a single Playwright test - CodeceptJS migration guidance, mappings, tracker, and review checklists - Graphify artifacts used for migration discovery

Append PMM-T1830 to helpCenter.test.ts with @new-navigation execution tag. Add archive.helper readZipArchive and ServerApi.getPmmVersion. Retire leftNavigation_test.js and drop @menu from nightly CodeceptJS grep.
Update e2e_tests/graphify-out after merging migration branch.
