Fixed the lint failure

What was broken

The lint job failed — not on the lockfiles, but on tsc in cli/. TypeScript 6.0 promotes three long-deprecated options to hard errors:

tsconfig.json(10,5):  error TS5101: Option 'baseUrl' is deprecated ...
tsconfig.json(11,25): error TS5107: Option 'moduleResolution=node10' is deprecated ...
tsconfig.json(32,15): error TS5107: Option 'target=ES5' is deprecated ...

e2e_tests/ was already migrated to TS 6 (it has "ignoreDeprecations": "6.0" and passed lint on this same run); cli/tsconfig.json was left behind, and codeceptjs-e2e/ is JS-only (jsconfig.json, no tsc step) so its half of the bump is inert.

Same approach e2e_tests/tsconfig.json already uses, so the two Playwright workspaces stay consistent. target: es5 was meaningless here anyway — noEmit: true, Playwright transpiles with its own settings, and lib is explicitly esnext/dom, so this is a type-check-only change.

Notes / caveats

• I could not run npm ci / npm run lint locally — npm is not in this job's allowed Bash commands. The change is justified by the error messages themselves (Specify compilerOption '"ignoreDeprecations": "6.0"') and by the identical, passing e2e_tests config, not by a local run.
• tsc stops at config errors, so if TS 6 surfaces further type errors inside cli/ sources they were hidden behind these three and will only appear in this re-run. If the lint job is still red, that's the likely reason and it needs a follow-up.
• Dependabot caveat: this branch now carries a non-dependabot commit, so Dependabot will no longer auto-rebase it, and @dependabot recreate would discard this fix.
