* Add rc-testing-suite.yml umbrella workflow (workflow_dispatch + workflow_call) that orchestrates e2e, upgrade, package, CLI, Helm and Easy Install suites in a single run, with a summary/aggregation job. * Add workflow_call trigger to e2e-upgrade-tests-matrix-full.yml and easy_install_branch to pmm-easy-install.yml so both can be invoked from the umbrella. * Drop long-dead commented-out Portal/Inventory/Valkey matrix blocks and leave concise notes describing why they're deferred. * New .github/workflows/README.md documenting every workflow: what it does, when it runs and how to execute it (UI + API).
