Summary

  • Adds a 555 astable circuit with diodes and a potentiometer for continuous duty cycle adjustment
  • Uses separate charge/discharge paths through the pot to achieve ~0% to ~100% duty cycle at fixed frequency
  • Added to Circuits > 555 Timer Chip menu as "Adjustable Duty Cycle"

Fixes #161

Test plan

  • Load Circuits > 555 Timer Chip > Adjustable Duty Cycle
  • Verify the circuit oscillates and output waveform is visible on scope
  • Adjust the potentiometer and verify duty cycle changes while frequency stays approximately constant

Adds a 555 astable circuit with diodes and a potentiometer that
separates the charge/discharge paths, allowing continuous duty cycle
adjustment from ~0% to ~100% at fixed frequency.
