The kit covers every part of the cycle except the actual build —

This PR completes the arc.prd-to-mvp(skill) — pre-build decisions, walking-skeleton sequencing, backend path, honest build report./ship-mvp(command) — PRD in, live URL out, routes to/ship-checkbefore real users.Validator and tests pass.
