With reconnection or rapid quick connect attempts, user gets into a state where
KNOWN_SERVICE_PRESENTis returned and app becomes unusable. This PR fixes it by stopping cached connection, so that the new one can be initiated.Also updated version as, ideally, this needs to go with today's PIA release.
