- Added MAUI workload installation and specified Xcode version in `dotnet-macos.yml`. - Modified build steps to include `--no-restore` flag. - Enhanced `dotnet-windows.yml` with NuGet versioning for pull requests. - Updated library build step to include package versioning. - Added steps to create NuGet packages, copy them to a staging directory, and upload package artifacts.
