Main changes:

  • Read updated list of capacities from the PBL protocol (Oct 25). This is a new file dated 11-12-2025, which also include RenShareTargets
  • Use historical data from 2020 (instead of 2015), except for hydro capacities (exceed potential otherwise)
  • Add possibility to read h2-electrolysers capacities -> must be added in remind too
