Adds a contributed Bear Markdown extension. It creates a new Bear note from selected text, asks PopClip to capture HTML, preserves Markdown formatting, converts HTML tables to Markdown tables, and appends the browser page title/URL as a source link when available.\n\nValidation performed locally:\n- Config.yaml parsed with Ruby YAML\n- JavaScript syntax checked with node --check
