- Update @pimlico/alto package
- Modify mock paymaster to get the network chain at runtime instead of hardcoding (matches the behavior in mock aa environment, idea is to slowly merge mock-paymaster into mock aa environment)
- Remove 7579 test cases for kernel (when in 7702 mode)
