fix: correct broken LICENSE relative link in README

What

Fix the ../../LICENSE relative path in the License section to simply LICENSE.

Why

The README lives at the repo root (alongside the LICENSE file), so ../../LICENSE resolves two directories above root — a broken link. It should be a root-relative reference.
