Description
Temporarily change publish release build flow to release version 1.7.2 while 1.8.0 has already been released.
Klint
1.7.0and1.7.1can not be used in Ktlint Intellij Plugin due to a breaking change which was fixed in #3063. That fix was only released in ktlint1.8.0. As a result of this the klint1.7.0and1.7.1rulesets can not be used in the Ktlint Intellij Plugin starting from version0.30.0. As an exception to our general releasing policy, ktlint1.7.2will be released including all changes up until (and including) #3036.Homebrew formula is not updated, and no documentation is generated for the release.
