Consolidate all API Reference tab content under a single api-reference/ directory so the physical layout matches the navigation structure. Moves server/, cli/, pipecat-flows/reference/, pipecat-cloud/rest-reference/, and pipecat-cloud/sdk-reference/ into api-reference/. Updates 214 navigation paths in docs.json, 411 cross-references across 141 MDX files, adds 214 redirects for old URLs, and updates 20 existing redirect destinations.
Move api-reference/server/frameworks/rtvi/ to api-reference/server/rtvi/ to flatten the unnecessary directory layer. Updates navigation, cross- references, and redirects.
