remove some bloats and add `xdg-open`
fix package that's now gone anyway
simplify uruntime link
use uruntime to add updateinfo and bump dwarfs dedup
increase dwarfs blocksize even more

fix missing `steam-runtime` in updated steam package
this is useless here, any game using software render will run at like 3 fps lol
allow steam running as root, use `opus-nano`, remove `vulkan-swrast`
