Summary

register Testing Library cleanup once in Vitest setup
remove redundant per-file cleanup hooks
prevent leaked timers and subscriptions from firing after jsdom teardown

Validation

mise exec node@24 -- npm test (100 files, 430 tests)
mise exec node@24 -- npm run build
