NIFTI support included via pnlNipype Latest

pnlNipype/scripts/ukf.py supports seamless UKFTractography on NIFTI diffusion images. We have included that here via Cmake installation infrastructure with no additional installation step for the user. README is also enhanced to include NIFTI instruction.
