On Windows, UKFTractography can be installed with Slicer and run.

Installation

Download Slicer 4.10
Install SlicerDMRI from the ExtensionManager

Execution

GUI: Search UKF Tractography on Slicer Modules, load it, and run
CLI: On the PowerShell, run it like below:

C:\Users\tashr\Downloads"Slicer 4.10.2"\Slicer.exe --launch C:/Users/tashr/AppData/Roaming/NA-MIC/Extensions-28257/UKFTractography/lib/Slicer-4.10/cli-modules/UKFTractography.exe --help | more

NOTE | more is needed at the end
