docs: Rename “Usage examples” → “Workspaces in the wild”#755

**Rationale:** I clicked on “Usage examples” thinking I would be presented with some examples of how the feature is used. (In other words, we are conditioned to expect this from pretty much every CLI tool.) By changing to “Workspaces in the wild”, it should immediately be obvious what you will see when you click the link in the TOC.
