Moved the previously obscure Tutorials section at the bottom to the right
Made the documentation entries in doc_index.sswg collapsible
Also compiled the modified sswg files into html using sswg
In the Contributing guide, it was said to edit the css file so I edited style.css instead of style.sswg.
