Pull request overview
Updates contributor-facing guidance in the README by removing Discord references and redirecting contribution/support instructions toward GitHub’s built-in workflows.
Changes:
- Removed the Discord server callout/link from the contribution section.
- Simplified the “suggest a feature / report a bug” guidance to point to GitHub Issues only.
- Replaced “ask in Discord” with “ask in GitHub discussions” (textual guidance).

Inconsistentie: README verwijst nu naar GitHub Discussions voor hulp, maar CONTRIBUTING.md verwijst op meerdere plekken nog naar Discord als contactkanaal. Dit kan verwarrend zijn voor nieuwe bijdragers; maak de instructies consistent (README aanpassen of CONTRIBUTING.md meewijzigen).
