This is a draft until it's determined why the greeter becomes completely non-interactable just with a
cargo update(and theinput_zonechange).I've tried
Noneand some other Rectangle values that I found elsewhere, and it results in the same behavior (keyboard or mouse input is ignored). So the issue might stem from elsewhere.I also removed the nix dependency, since it seems to compile fine without it, and upstream zbus recently removed the nix dependency in favor of rustix.
vergenisn't updated, since they removed git features and split them into separate crates. Not sure which one to use, and adding one brings in a ton of dependencies. Maybe just remove the dep and build.rs?
