Summary

Identify DING’s undecorated Wayland desktop surface before DING marks it as a desktop window.
Keep that surface out of Pop Shell’s window registry and restore the previous tiled focus if it receives focus.

Fixes #1658.

make compile
Logged out and back in on Ubuntu with GNOME 50.
Repeatedly switched between two stacked Chromium windows; the desktop remained behind them.
