Surprise! I just released a new version of GodotOS with a few new features and some tidying up.

Added a working terminal, created by o-GUTS](https://github.com/o-GUTS).

Upgraded the project to Godot 4.6.1, with a few fixes. The biggest difference is that text should be cleaner and easier to read.

The Windows build now has an icon and description, the Linux build is now significantly smaller in size.

Added an "application window" for future contributors. It lets you easily create applications that don't automatically scale with the window's size or have a forced 16:9 aspect ratio like game windows.
