Barnacle is a fast, powerful mod manager for Linux.
For full transparency, AI was used for initial architecture brainstorming (until I realized it wasn't actually that useful).
It currently assists us in reviewing PRs with Copilot, there is also a DeepWiki page. None of the code in Barnacle was vibecoded, and clearly vibecoded PRs will not be accepted.
