PORTER_*env vars for cronjob pods.Job pods should now have the same default env vars as web/worker pods. (Web pods have 2 extra env vars,
PORTER_DOMAINSandPORTER_EFS_FILESYSTEM_ID_{...}, which aren't appropriate for workers and jobs.)
