What is the current behavior?

There's no network modification to move a feeder bay.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

A new network modification (MoveFeederBay) allows to move feeder bays of connectables
(except (BusOrBusBarSection) connectables) from one location to another within a network.
This new modification enables to:

• Select a feeder bay to move based on its ID
• Choose a new destination voltage level for the feeder bay
• Move all equipment connected to the feeder bay to the new location
• Maintain all existing connectivity characteristics
• Update the network topology
