What is the current behavior?
When creating a crac using the network crac creator, we can only create N-1 branch contingencies by filtering on countries and nominal voltages.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
In addition to existing filters, we have a more generic one allowing to have custom and complex branch filtering.
