GapFillingREddyPro

This script fills the gaps in meteorological data with different cases of friction velocity using REddyProc package (see script MetDataGapFilling.R).

I also show how we can paritition NEE flux into GPP and RECO (see script Process_AMF_BASE_EddyPro_Gap_Filling_NEE_Partitioning_IMP.R).

Additionally, script CalcPotRad.py caculate Potential Radiation at a given location.
