Cleaned up wording and typos, generalized year-specific references (e.g., “Hacktoberfest 2021” → “Hacktoberfest (annual)”), and added brief guidance asking contributors to verify each project’s current swag page.
Changes: Updated README.md (clarified descriptions, fixed typos, added “Last updated: 2026-06-27”).
Notes: I did not remove images; I can run a follow-up link-check and remove expired/404 items if maintainers want.
