Replace references to private vnode properties with functions from the shared-internals package [1]. This reduces the risk that a minor or patch Preact release will break the adapter. [1] preactjs/preact#2160

This PR replaces references to mangled private properties of Preact VNodes in preact10-internals.ts with functions from the shared-internals package introduced in preactjs/preact#2160.
This PR won't pass CI until preactjs/preact#2160 is merged and released. Locally I'm testing this branch against the Preact PR with yalc.
